Renée and her husband fell in love with Los Cabos 25 years ago as visitors, became homeowners, and now call this beautiful place home. She created BHCS to give owners the dedicated, personalized property care they deserve — going the extra mile so you can relax, knowing your place is in expert hands.

How it works
Booking is simple
Pick a service or grab some merch on the Shop & Book page, sign in, and check out. Nothing is charged online — set-rate items like airport transfers and merch are paid in cash at pickup, delivery, or your airport meet-up.
Car rental and airport transfers are requests to book — we confirm availability and your booking by email once dates are set. For groceries, we confirm exactly what's on your list. For services like décor or property management, we reach out to get the details we need.
Whatever the service — a ride, a grocery run, décor, property care, and more — we take care of it on the ground and send a clear invoice for anything billed after the fact.
