The everyday services run on a set rate, so you always know what to expect. Prices are in USD. Cash is preferred in pesos, though USD is also accepted; other currencies can be arranged before service begins.
Home & Condo Services
Billed at $25 USD/hour. Common visit lengths:

What's included
- We personally inspect your home after lengthy rentals, checking everything from towels and sheets to appliances, to catch wear and tear early
- A detailed inventory and photo report during our walkthrough, so you always know exactly what needs replacing before the next check-in
- Pre-stock your kitchen with groceries and beverages from your preferred local stores, including Costco, La Comer, and City Market
- Our green-thumb service keeps your patio and indoor plants healthy, watered, and thriving while you're away
Ongoing oversight for owners who aren't on-site, charged monthly with no contract.
What's included
- Flexible, month-to-month management billed in USD or Pesos, with no contract required
- Regular walkthroughs: bi-weekly or monthly property checks, including dedicated storm preparation and recovery
- Vetted contractor network: we source, coordinate, and manage trusted local plumbers, electricians, painters, and carpenters
- Décor & design upgrades: furniture sourcing, spatial rearranging, and setup services
- Hauling & deliveries: full use of our vehicle and utility trailer for furniture delivery or debris removal
- Progress and updates provided case by case, usually in writing with photos and/or video
Refresh a room or refurnish a whole place, with delivery and setup handled.

Door-to-door rides timed to your flight, with local tips along the way.
What's included
- Airport pick-up and drop-off, timed to your flight
- Price includes toll fees; gratuities not included
- Three vehicles: two Ford Escapes (up to 2 + luggage each), or a Jeep Grand Cherokee (up to 3 + luggage)
- Cash preferred in pesos; USD also accepted
A car for your stay in the Los Cabos area, available daily or monthly.
What's included
- Vehicle options: 2018 Ford Escape, 2017 Ford Escape, 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee
- $30 USD per day, or $800 USD per month
- Los Cabos area only, paved roads; no dirt roads, arroyos, or sandy beaches
- Return full of gas and clean; additional charges apply for cleaning or refuelling
Food, drinks, and everyday runs handled before and during your stay.
What's included
- We pick up and deliver food, drinks, household supplies, pharmacy items, and specialty goods so your home is ready when you arrive
- We shop your local favorites, from Costco, La Comer, City Market, and Chedraui to pharmacies and local boutiques
- A simple 15% markup on the total receipt cost

- No utility bills: we don't handle regular bills or third-party payments right now
- Itemized receipts: a clear breakdown for each job or long-term project
- Flexible setup: we send invoices as needed, depending on what works best for you
